Trained, experienced and friendly group facilitators help you to be the parent you want to be.
You will share some of the stresses and frustrations of being a parent and learn strategies that will help you to understand, manage and transform some of the thoughts, feelings and behaviours that get triggered by parenting.
The courses are designed to help you look for links to other life situations where hurts may not have been resolved and to begin to deal with these.
